require no credential.

Current terms at time of writing: free shipping on orders of **3.000 TRY** and above,
**same-day dispatch** for weekday orders placed before 17:00, **14-day** return window.

Returned items must be unused, with tags uncut, in original packaging, and with the
**security seal (emniyet şeridi) intact** — a cut security seal voids the return.
Discounted items, gift cards and custom-made orders are not returnable.

shipping label and instructions are sent after the request is received. Items shipped
back without an approved request are not accepted — never instruct a buyer to ship a

## Rules

- **Checkout requires human approval.** Agents must not complete payment without explicit,
  contemporaneous buyer consent. No scripted form fills, browser automation, or end-to-end
